Echoes of the Samurai

In the Nora period of Japan, a time marked by samurais and warring clans, there lived a young noblewoman named Mariko. She was raised with a deep respect for her ideals and a strong sense of honor. However, her peaceful existence was disrupted when a mysterious girl from another clan arrived in town, stirring up rivalry and tension between the two families.

The newcomer, Kiri, also held strong ideals but differed greatly from Mariko's own. While Mariko valued respect for all, Kiri believed that might made right. The clans soon found themselves at odds, with Kiri's family growing increasingly hostile to Mariko's clan.

In the midst of this turmoil, a young Italian man named Luca arrived in town. Born in another time period and from a different world altogether, he had discovered a way to catapult himself into the past using his knowledge of advanced technology. His motivation was to escape an oppressive regime and live freely, unencumbered by the rules of society.
